About Safety First Training

Ryan has been a Lifeguard Instructor for the Red Cross for four years and a Lifeguard Instructor Trainer (LGIT) for one, specializing in training lifeguards. He also helped organize auditing protocols for more than 200 employees across 53 pool locations for Metropolitan Pools in Parma, Ohio. He holds instructor and instructor trainer certifications in CPR, first aid, and AED for professional rescuers, Basic Life Support, and Wilderness First Aid, and he teaches active shooter response. He wants everyone who trains with us prepared to act in an emergency.

Tracy has a background in finance and accounting. At Safety First Training she handles incoming email, messages, and phone calls, along with billing and support.

Ajay has been an EMT since 2018 and is a registered nurse, with field and in-hospital experience. He volunteers with Texas Search and Rescue as a rescue medic, a swiftwater rescue technician, and a skills instructor. He holds instructor certifications in CPR, first aid, and AED for professional rescuers, Basic Life Support, Stop the Bleed, and Wilderness First Aid, through the American Heart Association, the American Red Cross, and the Health and Safety Institute. He is responsible for healthcare training (EMR, BLS, ACLS, and PALS) and coordinates hands-on and online classes.
